As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Coffee Shop Manager.

Every day is different at The Bertinet Bakery, so here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Running of the shop on a day to day basis

• Overseeing all aspects of operation;

• Merchandising the shop in line with agreed parameters and house style to ensure the range achieves maximum visibility and sales.

• Ensuring all health and safety obligations are promptly and diligently followed including cold supply chain, food hygiene legislation requirements, staff training, staff and customer safety including fire safety, premises safety and maintenance and pest control.

• All other tasks that might be reasonably expected of a Retail Manager.

Contracted hours: 45 hours – Full Time

Working Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm,

Shift Pattern: Mon-Sun, 5 days out of 7

Location: The Bertinet Bakery, 1 New Bond Street Place, Bath BA1 1BH.
