As our Milton Keynes Factory continues to grow, we looking for Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our team. Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:<ul><li>Ensure that the equipment and plant are maintained.</li><li>React to breakdowns quickly and efficiently.</li><li>PLC fault finding to input and output level.</li><li>Remedy issues highlighted by our in-house HAACP audits.</li><li>Respond to out-of-hours calls for breakdowns.</li></ul> Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you…<ul><li>Are a logical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving issues and faults.</li><li>Electrically and mechanically skilled, an engineering-based NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification (C&amp;G 2330 or similar).</li><li>Qualified to (or be prepared to qualify to) Electrical Installations BS7671:2008 (2382-15) 18th Edition and upgrade as new Editions are released.</li><li>Preferably holding an HNC (Level 4) or equivalent qualification in an electrical/mechanical engineering discipline and previous control/instrumentation experience would be highly desirable.</li><li>Understand OEE and equipment performance metrics.</li><li>Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to record planned maintenance and reactive tasks.</li><li>Experience with bakery machinery.</li><li>Have HAACP awareness.</li><li>Troubleshooting on electrical equipment is a must</li></ul> Shift Times:2 days Day shift and 2 days Night shift on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern What’s in it for you?<ul><li>Fresh bread daily to take home to enjoy with family and friends.</li><li>50% discount at GAIL’s and 40% off at The Bread Factory &amp; The Flour Station Markets.</li><li>23 days holiday (pro-rata)</li><li>Discounts and Savings from high-street retailers and restaurants</li><li>24-hour GP service</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul> NBREAD24
