The company’s focus is on freshly baked artisan products, along with excellent customer service. Our Manchester business has been baking since 2017.

As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Night Packing Supervisor to join our Night Packing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run an efficient night packing operation.
• Plan and organise the Packing Team day to Day
• Liaise with the Night Ops Manager.
• Manage productivity levels

Person Specification

• Excellent written skills, communication, and listening skills and ability.
• Excellent leadership qualities.
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible by adjusting priorities.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Contracted hours: 45 hours – Full Time

Working Hours: 4pm-1am (overtime is optionable)

Shift Pattern: Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7

Pay: £12.50/hr

Location: Openshaw, Manchester
