Accounts Payable Manager (MAT cover)

The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery dedicated to making deliciously crafted bread, cakes, and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants, and more!

As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Accounts Payable Manager to join our team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Supervision of team members and organisation of purchase ledger accounts – periodic 1-2-1s with AP assistants
• Dealing with internal queries, liaising with key stakeholders
• Timely and accurate processing of invoices; ensuring that costs are captured in the correct nominal code
• Timely Payment runs/payments to suppliers
• Preparation of monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Assistance with month-end procedures, including reviewing GRNI balances
• · Dealing with supplier queries
