The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery dedicated to making deliciously crafted bread, cakes and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighbourhood grocery stores, restaurants and more!


As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Business Systems Manager.

Here are some key areas we think you can impact in this role:

  • Full lifecycle from requirements gathering, innovation & ideation, through design, product selection, procurement, implementation, support & maintenance to service retiral.
  • Lead the business’s application and information strategy to underpin the IT Strategy.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends, foster excellent relationships with strategic suppliers and build networks with other businesses and industry
  • Provide personal leadership across IT and demonstrate the business’s values and behaviours

  • Extensive knowledge of ERP or equivalent system encompassing supply chain, production, procurement, planning, inventory
  • Ability to multi-task and to work across both support and development environments
  • Resilient and understands and appreciates different styles of working
  • Innate determination and curiosity to solve problems and find solutions
  • Leadership demonstrated through hands-on involvement and team management practices
  • Managed 3rd party service providers, including negotiating contracts, SLAs, and SOWs
  • Developed business cases for investment for sign off at executive level.
  • Has led strategic partnerships with suppliers, internal customers, and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills.
