As our teams grow, we seek our next Finance Business Partner to join our team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

Analyse weekly performance data in production, sales, and labour, and provide insightful recommendations.
Develop and maintain unit KPI dashboards to track and report progress towards quarterly targets.
Work with the Food Service and Grocery teams to evaluate customer profitability and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
Produce weekly stock variance reports and work cross-functionally to reduce ingredient stock discrepancies.
Collaborate with teams to produce accurate quarterly labour forecasts, aligning with production and sales.
Lead the creation of the monthly TBF Board Report, consolidating all team input and presenting company performance.

Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have experience in:

Part-qualified or newly qualified management accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
