As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Talent Advisor based at our site in Hendon.

Your role will be to support in the creation and lead our ambitious talent tactics, with effective strategies that attract a pipeline of top talent to The Bread Factory.

Every day is different at Bread Holdings, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

Partnering with our Operations and Support Office teams to understand their hiring needs and drive solutions
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and assist in the interview process
Build talent pipelines
Use recruitment resourcing tools, including job boards, partnerships, social media and other initiatives to identify and engage candidates
Facilitate hiring events and supporting our Managers to deliver a memorable hiring experience
Administration tasks such as checking right-to-work documentation
Support and drive projects
Regularly reviewing our application process and content to ensure it aligns with our tone and brand and it's updated.
Be a brand ambassador, showcasing our values and culture, promoting a positive candidate experience

To be successful in this role you must

Previous experience in a high volume and in house recruitment
Experience managing a Applicant Tracking System
Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
Be passionate about attention to detail
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be organised with good prioritisation skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Relentless drive and passion to find the best talent
