The Bertinet Bakery is looking to recruit an Artisan Baker to work days in their busy Artisan Bakery in Bath. The role involves all aspects of bread production - mixing, scaling, shaping by hand and baking.

We are looking for candidates who:

Be able to produce hand-crafted bread to our high standards using traditional baking techniques including an excellent knowledge of dough and proofing.
Are enthusiastic, committed and very keen to learn
Can carry out physical work
Be reliable, methodical, organised and keen to work as part of a team

Location: Bath

Working Hours: 5pm - 2am (flexibility required) Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7.

Flexibility is required in relation to working hours

Pay: £13 - £14 (based on experience)
