Inbound Stock Controller

The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery that makes deliciously crafted bread, cakes, and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants, and more!

As our teams grow, we seek our next Inbound Stock Controller to join our Milton Keynes team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Create Purchase Orders (POs) for all site packaging and ingredients daily
• Orders are calculated by the stock controller and the units daily.
• Communicate and coordinate efficiently between supplier, stock, and procurement to resolve supply issue
• Chase all shortages not delivered to the warehouse or units on the stated delivery date. Investigate the reason for the shortage, and ensure redelivery for the required date.
• Complying with the Company’s Health and Safety regulations.
• Complying with the Company’s personal Hygiene regulations.
• Receiving goods into the warehouse, trace them, and allocate them to the different departments on a FIFO basis
• Traceability on all products that enter the warehouse
• Support Supply Planner with stock ordering and availability to manage changes to the plan

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Hold C/B & Reach truck license
