As our teams grow, we seek our next Brand &amp; Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Grocery team. Job PurposeOwning and bringing our brands to life within the Grocery channel (GAIL’s, Bertinet &amp; The Flour Station) through a variety of means: Packaging, Website, PR, Social, Sampling, Shopper marketing and in-store/online execution. You will work closely with the GAIL’s creative studio, our external partners &amp; internal cross functional teams to deliver our strategy and ensure seamless and impactful brand &amp; shopper marketing for our brands. What does a Brand &amp; Shopper Marketing Manager do?Overall marketing strategy &amp; execution<ul><li> Build &amp; execute 12-month plans for our brands that align with our brand objectives, category goals and shopper insights. Set the tools and resources to make this happen.</li><li>Collaborate closely with our marketing teams across the group to shape the vision &amp; ensure that Grocery is included in overall GAIL’s plans.</li><li>Leverage the top line marketing plans for our GAIL’s in grocery range and working closely with the GAIL’s creative studio to brief and shape specific GAIL’s campaigns.</li><li>Manage &amp; track Grocery marketing budget for the year to maximise ROI and &amp; track performance against KPIs</li></ul> Shopper marketing &amp; display execution<ul><li>Full accountability for the development &amp; execution of fully integrated shopper marketing plans within our key Grocers.</li><li>Build &amp; nurture external relationships with our key Grocery partners to execute creative plans to drive growth and unlock additional opportunities for our brands.</li><li>Own &amp; lead on our branded display execution in-stores, ensuring excellent stand out &amp; inspiring shoppers to purchase. Manage our external agencies who support with compliance to ensure our brand guidelines are always adhered too.</li></ul> Packaging &amp; Product<ul><li>Own the packaging development cycle for our Bertinet &amp; Flour station ranges, being the expert in the communication of messaging &amp; brand on-pack.</li><li>Work closely with the GAIL’s creative studio on our GAIL’s branded packaging, ensuring this is fit for purpose in Grocery.</li><li>Play a key role in the development GAIL’s NPD projects in Grocery, being responsible for aligning our plans with the GAIL’s marketing &amp; design teams and working closely with the NPD project manager to drive launches forward.</li><li>Be responsible for consistency and quality of our branded online presence (images, lifestyle, A&#43; content) including manging our relationship with brand bank.</li></ul> Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have: <ul><li>Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role within the FMCG industry, ideally within a fast-growing brand.</li><li>Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering marketing campaigns &amp; shopper marketing activation within a dynamic grocery environment.</li><li>Experience in packaging development &amp; design.</li><li>Relationship builder: able to build strong relationships cross functionally internally &amp; externally with our key partners to deliver our plans</li><li>Strong project management skillset: Organised and thorough, able to manage multiple projects with an ability to prioritise short and longer-term tasks</li><li>Strong presenting, storytelling and communication skills: You will be able to translate ideas into clear plans and confidently bring to life our brand values externally</li><li>Looking for a new challenge and reward of the SME environment, you’ll thrive with responsibility, independence, acting at pace but also getting stuck in!</li></ul> What’s in it for you?<ul><li>Free products on the job</li><li>Family-friendly policies such as enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and grandparents&#39; leave</li><li>50% off GAIL’s discount card and 40% off at The Bread Factory &amp; The Flour Station Markets.
