The Bertinet Bakery is looking to recruit an Artisan Baker to work nights in their busy artisan bakery in Bath. The role involves all aspects of bread production - mixing, scaling, shaping by hand and baking.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Be able to produce hand crafted bread to our high standards using traditional baking techniques including an excellent knowledge of dough and proofing.
• Are enthusiastic, committed and very keen to learn
• Can carry out physical work
• Be reliable, methodical, organised and keen to work as part of a team

Location: Bath

Working Hours: 5pm - 2am (flexibility required) Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7.

Flexibility is required in relation to working hours

Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 (based on experience)
