As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Transport and Logistics Planning Administrator/Analyst to join our Transport Team.

· Data Analysis: Analyse transportation and logistics data to identify areas for opportunities and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.

· Report Generation: Create, maintain, and publish reports on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.

· Technology Utilization: Utilize transport reporting systems and other relevant technology to enhance efficiency in the transport department.

· Transport KPI’s: Transport KPIs supervision and improvement.

· Project management: Involvement in and possibly leading optimisation projects.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transport documents and data, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

· Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to all relevant parties – internal and external.

· Continuous improvement mindset: willingness to learn, adapt, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.



Qualifications and competencies:


· Strong written and verbal English skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· High competency in MS Office.

· Knowledge of Power BI.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Have a proven conscientious and well organised approach to workload.

· Adaptability / Flexibility.

· Analytical thinking. Attention to detail.

· Team player mentality. Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and maturity.

· Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in logistics operations.

· Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.

· Previous experience in logistics or transportation.


Contracted hours: 40 hours – Full Time

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:00

Location: Hendon, London, NW9
